ChocoMintUdon

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

ChocoMintUdon is a private, single-user personal AI assistant operated solely for its owner's personal use.

Google data accessed

When the owner explicitly connects a Google account, ChocoMintUdon may request access to Google Calendar data needed to provide calendar features, such as reading calendars and events and creating or updating events when the owner asks it to do so.

How data is used

Google Calendar data is used only to provide the calendar functionality requested by the owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Data sharing

ChocoMintUdon does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with third parties except as necessary for the technical operation of the assistant or when the owner explicitly directs an action that requires such sharing.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and application data may be stored on systems controlled by the owner so the assistant can remain connected. Data is retained only as long as needed for the personal functionality requested by the owner and can be removed by revoking Google account access or deleting the local application data.

Security

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to limit access to the owner's credentials and data. The application is not offered as a public service and does not accept public user accounts.

User control

The owner can revoke the application's Google access at any time from the Google Account security and connected-app settings. Revoking access prevents future Google API access until the owner authorizes it again.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the application's functionality changes. The current version will remain available on this page.
